Basically my knee hurts because I fell on it on Monday. I am a paramedic student and have a heavy lift test on friday, and unfortunately I hurt the knee of my dominant leg. It feels ok when it is bent, but when I straighten it out it hurts, and I can't stand on that leg and bend it at the same time.
